Kotak Mahindra Bank — my money got deducted from my account but

In my office they have opened the zero balance account for me now they have deducted from my account as non maintenance charges, that's tooo 4700 with out knowing me, they didn't sent me the msg also it's not gud please repay my money that money o was kept for my baby's birthday, that's for her new dress and that is my pf money...
Please send me my money back this is not gud take this much of money from customers
This is like cheating, we r trusting the banks so only we r keeping some money for saving or for expanses for little occasions..
