Sir, I payment DU university Open School Fees Rs. 3441.40/- by kotak mahindra netbanking service, it says trasaction faluire on 14 august 2015, after that i call kotak care they said money will be deposit in your account after 3 days that i pay again by SBI net banking on 15 Aug, 2015 . than after 3 or four days i call again they said it will take time ., than on 2nd sep they said that complain have been solved on merchant side. i can not understand that for one person how can be it possible two time payment for same ID.
