[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Non maintenance charges | |||||
I got a kotak mahindra salary account and it is purely a zero balance account, this is what the information i was given while choosing kotak mahindra bank. later my company changed my salary account to citi bank, there starts the kotak bank stated charging me the nob maintanance charges and that too "INR 977/-rps" per month, this is completely unfair. my account show my annual income as 2lakhs - 5 LAKHS, BUT MY ANNUAL INCMOE IS 2.4 LAKHS, when i called customer care of kotak mahindra they told to maintan 50000 ammount in account.
