Kotak Mahindra Bank — Non Supply of Fastag | |
Sir I had ordered Fastag through the subject bank online on 21st Jan 2021at 21:18:38 hrs vide Order ID-FTPGSR[protected].Payement of Rs400 was made on line through Transaction Ref No-T01030. Later as per the bank requirement i had mailed my vehicle RC book copy at email address provided by the bank at my mob [protected] as a text message. Unfortunately nothing happened after that .Neither I recieved the Fastag nor any refund, , Submitted for your further action. Was this information helpful? | |
