I think kotak bank service is going bad day by day. From last two month I have visited 2 to 3 branches and talk to 5 to 6 customer care and 3 Rm. But even the bank people do not know what to do. Before 3 months I can add 2 different CRN in my kotak app on my mobile. But a few days back there was some security update that came in the app, now I am not able to add my wife CRN in my mobile app. According to this update I have to go to the branch and tag CRN as a family member. But when I go to the branch they do not even know about this. They told me if 2 accounts are joint accounts then we can login 2 CRN in the same app. The branch team does not know about this feature.
At last after so many visit to and complain, they tag my and my wife CRN as a family member. But still I am not able to add my both CRN in same app. Now what to do. I talked to my home branch Rm Mr. satya. From last 1 month they are doing R&D about this.
I want to know if your employee does not know how this feature or security update will work Why did you give this update in the app, to make your customer mad. And customers will go to different branches and get no solution. One of the worst support by kotak bank. Working like a lala company.
Please close my both account from kotak. I will open account in another bank.
I suggess all people please do not open account in kotak bank. kotak employee do not know the their bank process.
