My name is Sankhadeep Chatterjee, My CRN number is[protected],
The details of the bank account are wrong, so I could not access the account.They send the welcome kit and all to some other address .It has been two weeks, the address is wrong, and when visited branch in kolkata, saltlake, they could not help at all. Executive from Mumbai has no clue about it. How to update those details, It should be correct as I have done Video KYC.

      I have a salary account in kotak mahindra. Later i switched my company so i was not using the account for quite sometime. My friend had to transfer me some money so he transferred to my kotak account. Total amount he transferred was ₹2249. But only ₹717. was updated as my account balance. Remaining ₹1532 was updated as my lien and i am not able to withdraw that amount. Please help me with this.

        Not able to add 2 CRN in same mobile app

        Address: kotak bank manesar, and kotak bank sec 15, sco 61

        I think kotak bank service is going bad day by day. From last two month I have visited 2 to 3 branches and talk to 5 to 6 customer care and 3 Rm. But even the bank people do not know what to do. Before 3 months I can add 2 different CRN in my kotak app on my mobile. But a few days back there was some security update that came in the app, now I am not able to add my wife CRN in my mobile app. According to this update I have to go to the branch...

              I purchased a smartphone phone from amazon on DEBIT CARD EMI on 5th may however I cancelled the same on 8th may and amazon has refunded money to my bank account on 13th may rs 15299 Refund reference no 20220509 And 20220510 But till now my money is not credited to my account

              I also filled charged dispute form in kotak netbanking site with interaction id 4820449

                COMLAINT SUBJECT: FORE-CLOSURE CHARGES ON FROM “MESME UNITS” ON TAKE OVER

                CUSTOMER: Firm M/s Vansh Marketing-Prop.: Lovely Verma
                We are availing undernoted credit Facilities from Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
                A) VANSH MARKETING -OD- for WC (A/C [protected]) -90 Lakhs
                B) VANSH MARKETING -GECL (5199CL[protected]) – 16.62 Lakhs

                Complaint 1: To Regional Business Head (North) on 3rd May, 2022, and reminders on 9th and 11th May 22. Reply received on 19th May, 2022 asking 2% Foreclosure Charges.
                Complaint 2: To Zonal Business Head mail dated 13th May, 2022, reminder on 18.05.22, requesting waiver of Foreclosure Charges. Reply recd. on 19.05.22, maintaining decision "to pay 2% Foreclosure Charges otherwise approach to Banking Ombudsman, if not convinced."
                Complaint 3: To President and Business Head, Kotak Bank on 13th May 22, 18th May 22 through endorsement of mails. / reminders & replies. No response.
                CAUSE OF COMPLAINT:
                • We are MESME unit, duly Regd. under Udyam Aadhar. Accordingly, Terms and conditions applicable to our accounts were amended as per Govt’s PSL Norms. Govt. declared many other reliefs to boost MESME units for which Bank had already obtained Udyam Aadhar Registration Certificates from us.
                REASON TO SWITCH BANKING
                • We were facing non-responsive attitude of Bank like delay in sanction / disbursal of Loan, responding our phone calls, replying mails etc. which showed deficiency and reluctance in providing prompt and satisfactory customer service. In order to take effective business decisions as also to overcome mental trauma, we were compelled to shift 5-year-old credit arrangements from Kotak Bank to elsewhere.
                CAUSE OF COMPLAINT:
                • Take-over Bank, ICICI Bank today handed over Draft with request to liquidate accounts and release properties in their favor. Kotak Bank, received draft with a condition to release property after charging 2% fore-closure charges on entire limit i.e., Rs. 1.80 Lac + Taxes.
                • We understand that terms and conditions under PSL norms are monitored by RBI and are comprehensive and uniform for all accounts whether it is Govt. Guaranteed or guaranteed by Collateral Security hence we are not liable to pay any additional charge as in case of GECL.
                • When Govt. / RBI is in free hand to help MESME units, in overcoming Covid Impacts, Bank is imposing unethical hidden charges which are not at all specifically mentioned in Sanction Letter. This is a sort of blackmailing to withhold residential property of our 69 years old Parents and creating mental trauma to family, in addition to other previous financial losses.
                We, as MESME unit, have right to switch-over credit arrangement for want of better customer service on better terms and conditions, without any additional hidden charges.
                • Kotak Bank’s Seniors didn’t pay heed to our request and are adamant to charge 2% fore-closure charges as demanded earlier else to escalate complaint to Banking Ombudsman.
                Prayer: Being MESME units, we are exempted from Fore-closer charges in case of Take-over specifically due to deficiency in Customer Service. We request you to kindly instruct Bank not to impose any additional charge / Fore-closure charge on our accounts and to complete the take-over process without any hindrance.

                        Charge back request

                        Hi sir my name is Naveen Kumar Chauhan my kotak bank registered mobile number is [protected], i want to raise a charge back request .

                        I did transaction of 549rs on 5 may to dhani merchant .
                        But this transaction become failed i wait for refund for 7 days no one refund receive me.

                        TBMS Charges without any proper reason

                        Hi,

                        I writing this complaint regarding Kotak Mahindra Bank as they charged me Rs. 59 for the reason "Charge lien TBMS" without any prior notice. I have an 811 account and only use it for UPI and not withdrawals from ATM.
                        This is fraud....

                        Transfered a Home Loan from HDFC to Kotak bank so my interest rates can be reduced but it was a mistake transferring my loan from HDFC to Kotak, i have signed for the interest rates of 6.55% but from the 1st installment my interest rates are more then 7.5%, Also the process took more then 2 Month, also they have added a insurance which wasn't required.
                        And also they didn't even gave me full amount of my loan and charging interest for full amount.

                          I name is manney uday yadav had credit card in kotak mahindra Bank. ([protected])
                          I had loss in business due to covid and am in deep financial crisis . Bank agency person calling my family memebers and friends and sending my image to local persons .In this regards i approached them to settle my account for 30000 . I clearly said i am in full of debts putting all aside first i want to settle your account .I told them I need a settlement copy but they explained me that you have pay first 15000 and after that we will provide after paying they told me we are unable to do it you have to do rest of the amount 15000 for settllement . If not you amount will be deducted to intrest amount. Now they are not responding to my call. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IN MY CASE AND CLOSE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

                            I am holding current account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. They now debited 24.78 twice which means nearly 50rs from my account. They stated that they debited the money for using ATM. But I never use my debit card. For nothing they took my money.

                            Many people won't look their statements often and even if they see they wont care about the small money. But this is a big mistake of the system.

                            Kotak bank should give a proper answer for this and refund to all and me the money they took from my account for nothing

                                On 6th May i received a call from Kotak loan collection department to clear the due installment for the month of May22, When i asked that which loan you are talking about then the person replied that i have taken 15lakh personal Loan from Kotak Bank .

                                When i asked in details then the called person told me that you have already deposited the 3 months (Feb to Apr-22) installments .

                                Then i visited to my Kotak Bank branch - Meerut, UP, the Bank Manager checked all the details and found there are 15lakh loan is showing my account and for this they have taken my complaint and closed my account on same day .
                                Also i have given FIR to local police thana meerut .

                                but after multiple followup with Kotak Bank Manager there is no improvement on my complaint.
                                Request you to please take it further and help for the resolution .

                                  I fell prey to their credit card marketing hoping I won't receive any calls regarding credit card as promised by the executive. As per the executive Mr. Karthik (mobile.[protected]), he forced me to apply for the credit card promising he would cancel my credit card application so that they won't be disturbing for credit cards via phone calls
                                  After applying for credit card I received the credit card and I am not able to cancel my card and the executive has blocked my number
