Kotak Mahindra Bank — Not getting detail where they transferred my funds from ing vysya to kotak m bank | |||||
I have invested my funds with ing vyasya bank after merger with kotak mahendra bank I asked link rd malad west branch about my holding statement from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017 as it has been matured but they are not able to provide & asked to call costumer care os bank they said to call kotak securities their email provided online says they donot asses that ID so call costumer cate but that no. only provide details for credit & debit cards net banking & phone banking now donot where to go whom to ask ?
