Kotak Mahindra Bank — not giving moratorium for july 2020 | |
Dear sir, I am your very old customer and having a good relation with the bank from last so many years. I have taken a personal loan and the loan account no is spln[protected], name baresh balakrishnan 885 vishal nagar society, nr govindhwadi, isanpur, ahmedabad 382443, gujarat I have applied for moratorium from june to august 2020 due to not getting full salary. At present i am working in quba architectural products and they are not giving me full salary and having a deduction of almost 50% and also same i am not getting on time and the company has also given us the mail that the salary deduction will there upto sept 2020. Because of that i have applied for moratorium from june to august 2020. But i am sorry to say that i have not received the confirmation for july & august and the kotak bank employees mr sumit shah [protected]/ mr imdadh hussain momin [protected]/ mr atul [protected] are presurizing me to pay the emi for july 2020. And telling me that your request for moratorium has been rejected by bank and if you dont pay your cibil will be bad and calling me daily for the same. I have requested them and told that rbi has already extended the moratorium for 3 months but why you are not giving. So i request you to please look in to this on priority basis.
