Hi Team, Transaction made on 9-Apr-2018 for a utilities bill payment o[censored]GVCL of Rs.1150.73 is not received by Vendor. The transaction is not successfully done. UGVCL has not received the amount and the amount is deducted and not refunded to my bank account. Transaction details: Transaction Ref. No. as per bank:[protected] Transaction Payment Ref.
