Kotak Mahindra Bank — Outstanding amount

Hello sir/madam
I am paying amount every month but still my outstanding same. I m getting frusted due to this. Sometime i cant understand what should i do. Because your extra charges i tried to call your customer care but not connected. Now this my last mail or humble request to you please do something on this. I m paying every month this amount but amount is same. Give me solution on this otherwise i don't know what i ll do. Because of this covid-19 i think you quys doing rob customer.Seriouly i m helpless because of you i you check my paid amout i paid much more amout as compare to your bill.so please take some action on this.
