[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — outstanding amount not converted in emi and wrongly charged late fee, fines and interest. | |||
Dear sir/ma'am, I have credit card of kotak bank crn[protected], 1) on 7th february, had called costumer care kotak bank-[protected]. Customer care executive informed me that my total dues is rs.96288/-. 2) then i requested to convert my dues in 12 emis. 3) apart of that customer care executive informed me that first i have to pay rs.4900/- immediately for small dues. 4) then remaining amount will rs.91389 will convert into emi within week. Emi will be rs.8746/- per-month, for 12 months tenure. Emi should have to pay before 15th date of every month. 5) i have been paying emi rs.8746 before date 15th of every month till now. Even though i am paying emi amount regularly, kotak bank put late fee, interest and other charges. 6) as per confirmation of kotak cc, rs.91389, will convert into emi. But actually only rs.68889 converted into emi. 2) as all rs.91389 not converted into emi. Kotak team put late payment charges, fines and additional interests on my dues. As i have started emi in month of march 2018, as on today 4 emis pending, so requesting you to revoke All additional charges put on my outstanding, so i can repay pending on regular basis.
