[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — over limit fees and request to cancel auto debit charges... | |||
My credit limit is 33k, from that i used 32300 rs. But remaining amount is there like 500rs to 600rs, but kotak bank has charged over limit fee:500 on 16th april, then didn't use my card but they are charging gst and interest day by day.. Then i paid before three days then y should kotak bank has to charge auto debit failure fees.. Please deactivate that auto debit option to me. I am also facing the same issue. Every time i will have 1000rs left in my credit card now a days since 5 months i am getting overlimit charges of 780-1000rs extra. I dont understand y over limit when minimum 1000rs is already left in bank credit card. Pls some one look into it and help us. If require i will priovide my bank details too
