Kotak Mahindra Bank — Passbook issues from non-home branch | |||
Hi, My kotak bank's home branch is noida, sector 19, and now i moved to mumbai since last 2 years and i can't go at my home branch for issue my passbook for use for address proof for passport. Is it not possible to get my passbook from mumbai any branch? Please provide this facility because what does mean of the centralized bank for one india one branch, we can do anything from any branch in india, all data should me online in bank secure website database.
