Kotak Mahindra Bank — Passbook required

I require passbook of my saving account. My home branch is Gurgaon (IFSC code KKBK0000261) but I visited your Bhera Enclave branch (IFSC Code KKBK0004594) to get passbook. It is for the first time. At Bhera Enclave branch I was refused for passbook reason being that I will get passbook only from the Home Branch.
At present my home branch is 100 km from my current location. So it is not feasible for me to travel 100 km just to get passbook.
Kindly arrange to get passbook from Bhera Enclave branch, as it is the nearest branch from my current location.
Moreover, during orientation by Kotak bank representative I was told that my nearest branch will act as home branch for any requirement.
