I was working in kotak mahindra bank. i did resign on 30 june 2016 and as per company norms i have to serve 90 days notice period. during my notice period the bank has charged me to 699 Rs for account non - maintenance. In past they were continuously charging for SMS alert and debit card annual fees from employee salary. my F&F yet to come. In my 27 months banking career with kotak mahindra bank they never given any kind of bunus but the all chargen wich are applicable for a customer they deducted from employee salary also. Kotak Mahindra Bank having no business ethics, they only knows how to make money. This is worse bank i have ever been work.

    I have availed personal loan from kotak mahendra bank on 10/6/2008 of rs 4.46 lakh. a/c no csg2187604 so far i have cleared 3.5 lakh.. this case in arbitration and i have been requesting arbitration for loan waive of concession. meanwhile kotak mahendra bank. recovery persons by names guru [protected], karthik[protected] giving maximum torture to me and to my wife by abusing vulgar words. there is life danger to me to my wife.
    I have given complaint in police station (sipcot) hosur.

    My request is how can recovery persons take action on me when my loan file in arbitration?

    Please probe into this matter and dothe needful to me.

      Dear,

      I am a former employee of ing vysya is now Kotak mahindra bank, west patel nagar branch, Delhi. I Was under notice period from 6/6/2016 to 5/9/2016 .

      My last working day was September 5th
      2016.I have completed the separation process in the system also.

      It has been more than 5 months since I have resigned from the bank still haven't got any intimation regarding my relieving letter and F&F settlement .I have already sent i[censored] mails regarding the same and still the issue is not resolved . This is just not the right way to treat your employees and i[censored] can't treat your employees well, than how will you be able to satisfy your Customers . I am fed up with sending mails and remainders regarding the issue .

      Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that i could get my relieving letter and F&F settlement at the earliest.

        Dear,
        This is Jayamurali krishnan. I availed a personal loan of rupees 4.2lakhs from INGVysya in the month of April 2015. Later this loan has been shifted to Kotak as they merged together. Hence i recieved a loan agreement number as ISPL 101097.
        I decided to close this loan last month(Oct 2016). Hence i requested for the closure procedure.
        while asking this, I also asked them to check for the zero closure charges as committed by INGVysya but i lost the documents during the chennai flood. The mail correspondece was with my previous company mail, which i have no backup on it.
        They said sorry if you have any documents showing regarding this, we can help you. I said ok let me know the closure charges. They said 4% of principal outsatanding + service charges. I agreed this. But while generating the closure report they charged me 5%+ service tax. When i asked about this to the executives, they said i cant help you, either you have to wait till u get the satisfactory answer or you can pay this amount and raise a refund request. If you wait for the answers each day you will be charged Rs.130 as revenue loss to this loan, since the closure request has been started. I paid the full amount by combination of cheque and cash. They said cheque will take 3 days to clear hence i have to pay Rs.130 * 5 extra(3 working days + 2 weekend days).
        Now i started the refund request through mail, But i m not at all getting the proper response, Since for each and every mail, a service request number will be generated, they have to respond the mail within 5 days, i am getting a response mail on the 5th day of every mail raised stating that, they need time to look into this request. Yesterday was ultimate, as i received a response mail stating like, Dear Mr. Ravi, your IHL22080 account has been successfully closed doesn't have any excess amount to refund. They just copied someone's response mail and replied me, just to make the service request number answered on the 5th day. i really pissed off with this. I dont know, how a consumer can be ill treated like this by these banks. when we missed to pay a single payment these banks were charging us with the penalty, but if they have to refund we have to wait for months to get a response. this time i will not let it go as easy. Kindly help me to get this refund . I want the refund of 1% of closure charge with the service tax levied on it and the revenue loss amount the charged on this closure.

          I had a conversation with two of your executive (Joseph) and I was surprise to hear that no help could be rendered from your side.

          I was educated by Joseph that my salary amount has been credited into my account however when I checked in the ATM it is showing me a deficit of rupees 28696/-Currently the balance is showing rs 16.67 only.

          Further I was also told by your executive that amount has got transfer directly to the credit card account.

          I had also informed to your executive that my wife has hospitalizes and my new born baby was in NICU and was ready to pay the minimum amount but there was no respond from your team.

          I completely fail to understand as how can you'll without my permission directly transfer the amount.

          ​I was ready to go ahead to make the payment of the minimum amount but there was no courtesy or help shown by your team, I will be more happy to pay the minimum amount and rest of the balance be transfer to my account again.

          As the bank close for two days and Diwali is round the corner am left with no money to transact.

          Kindly escalate this to your respective Nodel officer or your concern team member as I am really dissatisfied with your service.

          Kindly treat this on great priority or I will escalate a level further, Looking forward to hear from your side at the earliest.

          Hi Team

          I understand your point, however I have no email evidence which states the request for outstanding amount.

          further, I think that it is the duty of the banker to at least inform things on an email rather than sending things on sms.

          Further, when the amount was debited, there was no intimation for the same.

          I would have been a very happy customer if the same was debited after taking my permission.

          I was planning things for Diwali with that money & the same was debited without my concern, how fair is that?

          Further to this, the service is very bad & the customer service rep did not help me when I spoke to them twice.

          I had told your executives that my wife is hospitalized & that my new born baby was in hospital NICU but you guys did not heed the same. Is this the type of service to be expected for a loyal customer like me who has been with you from 2 years.

          You can go ahead & check my previous transactions if I have delayed a payment.

          Kindly explain as I want to close this account both (Salary & Credit Card).

          I want to talk to someone at a higher authority before taking the step, ,

          Further to this, the same is also not reflecting in my account after you guys debiting my account for the due amount of the credit card.

          The account of mine is still not reflecting with the changes & you guys have put forward an email for the same which is really a sign o[censored]nprofessionalism. Kindly reflect the same with the new changes & close my account with due respect

          Also make me talk to your nodal head or someone in the business who can take decisions in such cases.

              Foreclosure charges on personal loan

              Hi good afternoon, this complaint is subjected on requiring a bank statement. I have contact relationship manager of bank. (Santosh). As he was on leave he had given contact of jignasha (Bank relationship manager). But she directly not listen what i required and said to visit a bank for any queries. This is not good as a customer service and very bad reputation to a bank.

                Kotak mahindra bank works at the least efficiency and effectiveness. Asked to send a cheque book to a particualr branch and they are sending it to registered address and then to home branch and still the request is pending.
                Request was raised on 13th october and even after 14 days, no resolution, i have raised so many complaints after that, still the managers are least bothered to consider it on priority
                My question to kotak bank : even if you send the cheque book may b after a month, who will compensate for the mental torture, revenue loss on my side, due to cheque book absence, etc?

                  Dear kotak bank, you cannot survive here like this giving false promises.

                  I have salary account in kotak and while opening they promised life time free debit card. But actually they are deducting annual maintinance charge, for more than two time i have raised a complaint but never responded. User 97594114 never concerned on customer hard earned money. Not getting how the debit card annual maintainace charge is debited for a corporate account which been told as free. Not responding to one complaint also.. Worst service.

                    M a kotak bank customer.

                    I ve applied for credit card almost 3 months ago then i ve got the call to get the crdit card but in mean while ive changed the address, so ive updated the address in august then reapplied for the card, then I got a application confirmation on 30 sep that I am going to recive the card in in 5 to 7 working days as i checked it online with the help of application no which has been approved, but till today I didnt receive it, and when I called to customer care, they told me i didnt apply for replacement card.
                    I dont understand if i didnt apply how did i got application no. And even on website it is approved as well, but they are saying it is old one, and if this application is old one then before getting approve how did u provide me the card in august because this application msg i received in september,
                    Now m completley tired with bank, westage of my time, coz it is now 4 th month that i didnt receive the card, and i got promised to get it in 15 days only.
                    Help me out i[censored] can without excuse,
                    Tnx.

                    Now today the other reprentative told me that i didnt update the address and my old card is disposed coz of not correct address, but card was alredy issued and disposed then how can i check my application status online about the cc which is suppose to deliver in 5 to 7 working days. Now m afraid with bank that my information is incorrect and in future might be i cn get trouble coz of cc which i didnt receive

                      I require passbook of my saving account. My home branch is Gurgaon (IFSC code KKBK0000261) but I visited your Bhera Enclave branch (IFSC Code KKBK0004594) to get passbook. It is for the first time. At Bhera Enclave branch I was refused for passbook reason being that I will get passbook only from the Home Branch.
                      At present my home branch is 100 km from my current location. So it is not feasible for me to travel 100 km just to get passbook.br...

                      I have a demat account in Kotak Mahindra Bank linked with Kotak Securities. I have bought 4 NCD's in the period Dec'2011 - Dec'2013 and around 2 months back I was wondering when and how can I encash those NCD. So I downloaded statement for same from my Kotak Securities account and here comes the biggest surprise - For the NCD with transaction number X9500/10 and date 12/12/2011 there was no exchange order number generated but the amount was deducted from my Kotak Bank account. Now I don't know where are Rs. 20000 lying for 5 years so I raised a SR with Kotak Securities and after deliberating for more than 2 weeks they said I need to check with demat bank account. So I raised SR (1-[protected]) with Kotak Mahindra Bank and it has been more than 2 months but I have not received any response on this from Kotak Bank even after repeated reminders/calls. Every time I call them they say they will get talk to branch and get back in 2 days but even after 2 months I still don't what happened to my hard-earned Rs. 20000. Very disappointed with Kotak Bank

After that i had cancelled the both tickets for which i had already paid. It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account but i haven't got the amount in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is Indian Bank.

                          Now it is showing in IRCTC website that the amount was refunded with Cancellation/Refund ID for both tickets are ([protected]) & ([protected]) dated 2.04.2018, but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now. Kindly have a look at this matter for which i will be grateful to you.

                            Hi,
                            I've raised a request to update my address in bank on 7th oct-2016 through kotak mahindra koramangala branch at bangalore. It was supposed to be updated within maximum 4 working days and is not updated till today. When i called the customer care number to ask the status/to make a complaint about this, i've faced a un-professional behavior from the escalation person and she disconnected my call without even allowing me to complete my complaint.

                              I had a kotak mahindra bank credit card. An from last 2 months i was not able to make the payment due to financial crisis. I explained the situation to the recovery agent but still i am getting a threatning calls to make the payment. Yeaterday i recived a call from gaurav jha and as per him "if i haven't made the payment by tomorrow they will do something wrong with me" i called the credit card department but they have a repetitive answer. Still i am not getting any solution. I have already informed them that i got a job and i will make the payment by 3rd november but they are not ready for that. Customer care had given me a recovery manager contact number but since evening the number was switch off. This is not the first time. This is the third time i am getting these types of calls.

                              i am going to launch a police complaint as well if anything happen bank will be responsible for that
                              its a good decision fir lodge a fir against the bank as well as the recovery agent for appointing goons for recovering.

                                I had opened two Rd's of 3000 and 1000 rs. each. But due to urgency of money, I had given application yesterday in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow branch. When i gave application to authorizer, she said to go to the teller counter, submit the application so that teller will make the entry in finnacle and then i will authorize the same. But when i gone to the teller counter, the staff said it will take 2 days for redemption.Till now not getting credit to my account.. I don't think so for redemption of normal RD, it will be such time taking..I want to ask for TAT, but no such proper response came to me. At that time I was in urgent need of money. But they said it is not possible...we have to first cancel the standing instructions from back end and it will take two days and then only we transfer the redeem amount to your back account. Is this a truth????

                                Please take appropriate action against the same.

                                  After the merger with Kotak Bank of ING Vysa Bank, Bank details in my demat account is not changed.

                                  Also local bank is not having proper guidance how to change bank details as well as requisition for new delivery instruction book.

                                  At present receiving dividend & other corporate auction benefit in physical mode instead of ECS.

                                  So kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

                                    I have opened a zero balance account
                                    (a/c number - [protected]) but now whenever i am asking to customer care executive then he is saying that its now saving account, so due to this they deducted my whole amount whichever i deposited in my account.
                                    O how you could do it without any information to account holder. either reimburse my amount or i have to go consumer court.
