[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — payment gateway transactions timed out | |||||
Hi I have used my Citibank debit card on Sunday and made 8 transactions each value of Rs-50000 however only 5 are reflecting, 3 r not reflecting ! Please credit back the money into the account else I ll surely going to escalate it in social media I have called multiple times to kotak customer care however there is no response on the issue I raised Complaint number - 1-[protected] which I got from customer care guy Please look into the issue and resolve it Was this information helpful? | |||||
