This is to inform you that, the amount of rs. 2, 013.72/- is wrongly charged for my credit card no. [protected]
(I had force closed my all emi after paying my full payment)
In april 2017, i was so busy with my sisters marriage and missed my due dates of payment.
So from very next day i start getting calls from collection department to pay the due amount of the month. The language they were using are disgraceful and #.
I immediately called kotak mahindra bank customer care and done a complaint about the language and asked for my full amt due because i don't want to use my kotak credit any more.
Kotak customer care confirmed that the full nd final amount due was rs. 67, 814.48/- so i paid my full amount of rs. 67, 815/- on[protected]
It is more then 1 month i am complaining to kotak phone banking again and again and again after every 3 days to please clarify me about the rs. 2, 013.72/- but kotak customer always replying that we will get back to you in 3 days from last 1 month. But the case is still pending.
It is mentally very very disturbing to call/mail again and again. Please look into the matter immediately and oblige by reverting the amount of rs. 2, 014.75/- so that i can close my credit card asap.
