Kotak Mahindra Bank — Penalty for low balance | |||||
I hold a saving bank account with Kotak. Account no : [protected] Branch : Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad My current residence : Bangalore The above account was opened as a link to mutual fund account. Since I had an HDFC account already, I was not interested to open another SB account. But your sales executives insisted that it is must and also as it is Zero balance account i need not worry about minimum balance. Later i started getting SMS stating that the Average balance was not maintained and the penalty was debited, I have been contacting your branches at Hubli and Bangalore, to help resolve this issue. But none even tried to help me. it seems they were more interested in penalty rather the customer. call centre advised to go the branch and branch advised to call the call center. I request you to kindly waive the penalty so that i can operate the account. PS: I am a classic customer at HDFC bank, ( minimum account balance maintained above 1L ) Was this information helpful? | |||||
