Kotak Mahindra Bank — Personal Loan bouncing charges. | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, Namasthe, This is regarding my personal loan (SPLN[protected]. In July, 2016 month their is no sufficient balance in my account so that the reason my emi was bounced. Than I spoken to some customer care person and paid my emi with bouncing charges to MUMBAI KALINA kotak branch. So Later on I am paying manually to Mumbai Kalina brach. After July month I never maintained low balance in my account. But now some customer care people called me and saying that their is a penalty charges in the month of Dec, 2016. Could you please confirm me what was the charges and why I need to pay it? and I have the bank statement for proof. I am not getting the time to meet somajiguda banch people and get activate my ECS.
