Kotak spln loan account number 61294201 Dear team Month of november my emi return due to bank fault as per your call center i submitted my emi online and your executive said bank will not charge me but i'm getting mail for over due amount 1285/-. The Kotak consumer loan no. BF5C001357 is reflecting under my cibil score and I have not availed any such loan and more over I was not in India from 1st -Dec-2013 to Oct-2015. Kindly clear it from the cibil, as it is reflecting bad on me.as it says the loan is written off.
