I replied but loan amount not received. I have received a message stating that
“dear customer, emi payment of rs 13296 on ur kotak spln loan ac no 59899891 is due on 10th aug 16” after 3days with out intimation and with out receiving loan amount in my account 13296rs debited.

Updated by Amarnadhreddy After Submitting My complaint i got a call from +91 [protected] with all the details he was asking my debit card expiry date i have given after he is asking My Debit Card cvv number i disconnected the call.
