Hi,
I am a resident of mumbai. I had taken a loan from kotak mahindea due to a personal issue that i had. I have always tried to kp my paynwnts on time. I may have defaulted a couple of times, not saying a no to that, but i have made my payments.
This month i was unable to make a payment, reason being that i have met with an accident. I have got a head injury, an ear injury, an eye injury and a broken knee cap. Due to which ivwas hositalised and had to pay a huge amount for medical concerns.
I have got calls from the recovery team stating that my payment is not made, to which i have informed them the situation.
Today i get a call from some lady, very sorry but i do not remember the name. She direcrly sked me if i should send some one home or at my office address to pick up the payment. Now, this was the second call in the day. I had received a call from a guy just 10 minutes earlier regarding the same. To which i again explained the situation. Then this lady calls me again. I told her that i am in the hispital and will not be ble to make the payment as i need some more time. This lady tells me that, by your voice, you do not sound to be in the hospital. You should take a loan only if you have the money to pay back. You do not the amount to pay then why take a loan, to which i asked her that i want to speak to her manager. To that she asks me why do you want to speak to a manager? What different will you tell him???
Is this the kind of bad customer service that kotak mahindra offers??? Or is it that they cannot afford to pay a decent staff, who can talk politely in wnglist, rather than having ghatis call customers for recovery of payments.
I am very sorry for my language, but just to get to your notice that this is not the kind of customer service that any company would strive for and also, i have worked for a bank my self.
I would really appreciate if some action is taken. Because i am very sure that tour clls get recorded. If really youll are a bank then this is a customer complaint which is asking for some action to be taken. If so, pls contact me on my email address, conan.[protected]@yahoo.com

Poor, Poor & Very Poor Services. Worst banking experience I had with Kotak.
