Kotak Mahindra Bank — pf withdrawal

I have already lodged the complaint non receivable of pf withdrawals which was applied and it is more than 4 months i complained on may 30 2019 my name bharath r a my complaint id 2347211 kindly reply the query still not received the status of my complaint i have applied for pf withdrawal in february i have applied for2 periods for 1 period i received, huge amount is pending kindlyprovide atleast contact details because in pf office there is no proper response please as am extremely in need of money

They offered visa signature card telling its free.
After one year they applied annual charges with gst. Now they keep on adding late payment charges with interest.

Now not reversing these charges.
Their response is also very delayed like 20 days they take to give the response.
Due to kotak resolution and reversal of charges, i will continue with Kotak salary account.
