Kotak Mahindra Bank — PL foreclosure | |
I had taken a personal loan from kotak mahindra bank, bangalore. I was paying my emi through icici bank and after certain period they came back with cheque bounce charges whereas sufficient balance was there in my icici bank account. After many communications and discussions they asked me to pay the amount because icici bank has not cleared ecs and as a customer i had to pay 2500 change without my fault. After experiencing such incident i have decided to foreclose the close and i informed them that i want to foreclose the loan and i have written mail to service. [protected]@kotak.com. Its already been 5 days over, but there is no response from the bank. When i called them they are telling its 30 days notice. Feeling very bad that i have opted a pl from such a worst bank. My emi falls on next month. I have decided that i don't want to maintain any relationship further, so going to surrender their credit card also. My loan details. Spln[protected].
