This morning i received a call from a person who claimed himself as Chennai High court lawyer. His name is Babu and his contact is [protected] regarding my husband's outstanding unpaid dues to RBS . What is appalling is that the so called lawyer has contacted my face book friend list people, stating that the call receiver (who ever he called) were a co applicant of the loan and hence he was free to harass them for the loan repayment. This is quite ridiculous. How can the lawyer say such ruthless statements just to get in touch with my husband. He just crossed the limits by calling my office boss too. This further has damaged my image and peace. My husband is down with dengue and hospitalized since 6days and this ruthless so called lawyer has been defaming our names. Its been 10years we have been in same residence and not single time we have received any court notice from the bank or the lawyer. I seriously condemn this and would like to proceed legally.
