Kotak Mahindra Bank — Refund not credited. | |||||
Hi, My name is Chetan Pawle, I had purchased one item from flipkart, by using kotak debit card on 14th FEB 2017, I had completed the payment. But because of some reason, I cancelled my order. Flipkart had reimbursed the amount same day after cancellation. I got the message from Flipkart stating, your amount is reimbursed, please contact your bank for any delay. I had email the same to Kotak help-desk. But today is the 8th day. I still not received my amount. I reach out to them via every way. But this people are unreachable.
