[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Refund of Rs.25000 | |||
Dated : 24.12.2020 Dear Team I am Rajesh kumar having a saving Account Number -[protected] in Kotak Mahindra Bank in Bhiwadi(Rajasthan} On dated 11.11.2020, i made a IMPS of Rs 25000 which bymistake transfered in wrong account Number [protected] in Bank of Baroda, Sultana, Distt-Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) Branch. I have registered 3 complaints in KMBL online and visited in my home branch also. Besides this i visited in BOB branch where funds transfered to hold the payment. Branch manager said that he is waiting any E-mail to refund amount. today 42 days has passed and its subject of worry for me. Yet waiting of refund of Rs 25000 in my account.
