[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding cancel the credit card | |
This is regarding annual charges. I give request many times, that I am not going to pay annual charges so please cancel my credit card with immediate effect. After so many follow ups, a call received from Customer care that we will issue a new card and these charges will be reversed. I received new card but charges are not reversed and late payment charges & finance charges also added in statement. I called to customer care, they said that card is blocked and you contact to collection block section, he gave me number of Mr. Pratyush Shukla (# [protected]). Verified Support Aug 22, 2021 Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Care's response Hi! We certainly understand your concerns. However, the said fees are appropriately applied as per your card type. Further, we request you to kindly initiate the as on date payment of INR 1, 847.87 towards the credit card.Please note: Post receipt of the payment we will raise request for Card cancellation. ^Team Kotak | |
