[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding cancel the credit card | |
This is regarding annual charges. I give request many times, that I am not going to pay annual charges so please cancel my credit card with immediate effect. After so many follow ups, a call received from Customer care that we will issue a new card and these charges will be reversed. I received new card but charges are not reversed and late payment charges & finance charges also added in statement. I called to customer care, they said that card is blocked and you contact to collection block section, he gave me number of Mr. Pratyush Shukla (# [protected]). Verified Support Aug 22, 2021 Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Care's response Hi! We certainly understand your concerns. However, the said fees are appropriately applied as per your card type.
