[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding mental harassment

This complaint is regarding mental harassment made by recovery agents and legal persons. I am being harassed by these people. According to RBI guidelines, no recovery agents can cross their limits to their customers. RBI does not allow any bank to violate the privacy of the customers but recovery agents contacted all the people who are my friends and employers on my social media, they threatened them and they threatened me by sending my images with my friends and employers. They are violating the customer's privacy policy which is disturbing me mentally and creating bad impacts in my social life with my friends and employers. My permanent address is registered with the bank but rather than contacting me at my address they called my friends and employers and misbehaved. This absurd behavior leads me to file a complaint regarding this issue. Please register my complaint about the solution. I will look forward to your solution and answer to this email. Currently, I am in the middle of settling my credit card with a bank executive, but there is one person who is contacting me and telling me that he is an advocate, he is threatening my relatives and colleagues and damaging my reputation which is against the RBI guidelines.

This is really unprofessional and absurd behavior of that person.

I am mentioning the name and contact details of that person and attached a screenshot of his messages.
