Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding remove fixed deposit line problem | |||||
Mr. Ganesh kantilal mathur account in kotak bank and i had to remove my fixed deposit but there is some lin problem shown from credit card dept. So bank branch not allowing to withdraw they told me to call at customer care just to remove your credit card lin i had called there at spoken with 3/4 person (Abhishek/bhagayshree/bhanuja/manoj pawar & austin) with all details its had taken 20 days gone no information coming from them. Every day says we find it clear in two days days are stretching like a chewing gum.
