Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding wrong commitment | |||
Dear sir / madam, This is to inform you that i have taken credit card from your esteemed bank and since then iam paying the amount without fail till now and i have paid rs 21000 on september 5th 2017 at kotak mahindra bank banjara hills branch. But i got a call from your telecalling team to convert the two transaction into emi transaction one of 9650 at shah suiting and shirting and another of rs 999 of moto e4plus mobile online from flipkart and for the same i got the sms that your your transaction had made into emi but on last two weeks back i got sms to pay the full amount that is not possible from my side as recently, due to acute financial crisis in our family iam not in a position to pay the full amount, requesting you people to make the whole amount in 4 to 5 emi's other wise cancelled my credit card.
