I visited the HSR branch and was told by one of the officers to ask ICICI to send an email to them to confirm removal of lein. Which ICICI claims have done it already on sept 4 at 2 PM. Now kotak is saying that email should be sent to main branch .I called ICICI they said they sent reminder mail to kotak but kotak has still not removed the lein from beneficiary account . I request kotak Mahindra to act swiftly jn this regard .If you need to coordinate with ICICI and get it resolved kindly do so .ICICI says they have done everything form their end kotak says they haven't received mail.

I got a confirmation from bank today that it has been removed .Will mark as completed for now in case it's not done will raise again.Thanks
