Kotak Mahindra Bank — reversal of disputed transaction

Dear concern,

This is to inform you that i am a valuable customer of your bank vide account no.[protected] and crn no.[protected]. I have made upi transaction on 06th day of march, 2019 to trademark registry delhi. But my account was debited twice with rs. 1000/- and i had received successful message from my bank once. After that i have made two complaints on customer care and they had raised my complaint as customer care executive said that amount will be shortly to your account in several days but no amount has been credited to my account after that i went to ashok vihar kotak branch as no concern person were available there to resolve my issue after that one executive told me that to fill disputed charge back form as per his words i again submitted disputed charge back form to bank and no acknowledgement had been given to me and after that after one week i again went to kotak branch ashok vihar then i was surprised that my charge back disputed transaction form request not raised then i asked to one concern person and again after two days his contact no. Going switch off and no person is available there to pick branch landline phone. So i humbly request to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
