Kotak Mahindra Bank — rude behavior and false information given by staff | |||
Dear mr kotak, I am moinudeen i have an opened my account on 13/04/2017 in kotak mahindra bank branch dwarka sector 5 new delhi, ms deepika staff informed me while opening my account that it's 0"balance account but after actually it was not and my 826rs was deducted from my account with out my information, when i have gone to branch they said they will check, and after 15 days no response come by them, i met the branch manager also mr pushpender and i am shocked with his bhevivor and when i explained my problem to him he took very lightly and said that i can closed my account from kotak mahindra bank. They have spoiled my experience in kotak mahindra bank, such as large bank of india And staff like deepika and phuspender manager are taking bank down, and giving false information to there customer.
