I have account opened in Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2018. Since then i havent used much and trying to close my account since 2019 due to pandemic and other delays in bank opening. I have received no support whenever i call for closure of my bank account.
When i go to bank branch they tell me to call on support customer care number and register a ticket to get it closed from back end.
When i call customer service they tell me to go to branch.
Now since pandemic i havent checked on this, since last month i have started receiving unlimited calls to take credit card.
First call itself i have told them NO, as firm NO and told not to call me. Believe me i have record they have called 5-10times a day since then and since last month m bearing this torture.
I was hospitalised for surgery and waiting for call from lab to confirm on reports so i kept picking these unreasonable calls everytime as they call with all new numbers everytime.
I have had enough and getting harassed by these credit card calls continuously like anything. Being a patient they didnt let anyone take a breath and focus on personal things because whenever we expect a important call they will keep calling for credit card which i dont even need and have been saying since lst month.
Please report regarding this and close my account and detail all details from Kotak Mahindra bank and no more i want to be customer of this bank anymore. Was this information helpful? |
