It's very disappointing to cme across this kind of behavior..It's a very long incident but to make it short I had my account in ING bank which was merged with kotak mahindra and I lost all my details ..I visited the branch and had word with Miss Manisha she cudnt xtract any detail after providing adhar and pan card
However same was xtrctd at sakinaka branch by miss Anam ..Journey from town to sakinaka
2nd visit after getting all my details all I wanted is cash on an urgent basis when miss Manisha saw me with .y 2 year daughter she immediately left for lunch break we waited (my husband, son, daughter n myself)When she returned I asked requested her for the cash she refused by saying without check book no withdrawals can be done ..I asked for the other options she put my request for cheque book which would have taken another 2 days ..I asked her for instant cheque book or any other forms she denied saying deg dnt keep all this facilities ...Again I traveled form town to share Punjab where thanks to miss Mansi where she provided me with an instant withdrawal form n I cud withdrew my cash within 10 min ...my question is why dis facility was not der in town branch
And it was there why miss Manisha didn't help being a Manager is this kind of behavior acceptable...During this Pandamic my kids were with me Y was she not helpful...Why she failed to provide me with the form and helped me
I would appreciate if I get a satisfactory reply otherwise this matter would be escalated

    Kotak Bank Jodhpur team members approached me for home loan transfer on commitment of agressive rates I gave all the documents to them even the team visited my house and has taken several vital documents but not since last more than 15 days neither they are responding my calls nor they have updated me... I totally feel cheated... Has called the credit manager she picked the call and told me that any communications has to be routed through sales manager and the sales manager and team is not picking my calls.. after several followups I am writing this in anticipation of early action

        I have 811 account and such a pathetic service when reached in sector 31 Gurgaon branch asking to make a call and raise complaint. While I applied for 811 account I was informed zero balance account and use as usual no clause. Yesterday 754/- amount is hold by the Kotak bank without any information and without providing any knowledge about it. I want my 754/- back to use or else I will cancel all the 9 account of our family members will choose another bank who atleast inform and do not have hidden clause. This is really pathetic. My CRN IS[protected]. I tried calling at[protected] and only I’ve speaks asking to call mon to fri such a worst service I have ever received.

            Scam call for credit card

            Address: Bangalore

            I have account opened in Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2018. Since then i havent used much and trying to close my account since 2019 due to pandemic and other delays in bank opening. I have received no support whenever i call for closure of my bank account.

            When i go to bank branch they tell me to call on support customer care number and register a ticket to get it closed from back end.

            This is regarding annual charges. I give request many times, that I am not going to pay annual charges so please cancel my credit card with immediate effect. After so many follow ups, a call received from Customer care that we will issue a new card and these charges will be reversed. I received new card but charges are not reversed and late payment charges & finance charges also added in statement. I called to customer care, they said that card is blocked and you contact to collection block section, he gave me number of Mr. Pratyush Shukla (# [protected]). He is not picking up the phone, I tried many times. So please help me out and cancel my card and reverse all the charges.

                my account freezed without any prior notice.
                I am a student and i kept my all expenses and college fee amount in my bank account only.
                now i am in trouble i can't even withdraw a single penny from my own account.

                    Due to my Health Issue (coxxyx, also known as the tailbone "is a small, triangular bone resembling a shortened tail located at the bottom of the spine"), I am partially handicapped and lost my current Job, my entire family expenses taking care of my friend. So I unable to Pay Outstanding Loan Amount.
                    I explained this issue to your Agency Staffs and Managers, but they are continuously coming to my home one by one and using non parliamentary words with me and my family and giving us mental agony.

                    I attached my Medical Report for your reference.

                        Hi Admin,
                        I was getting charged for not maintain the balance. I wanted to close the account but then the customer representive told me not to close instead make it 0 balance account.
                        I did it, after 2 months they charged me 590 twice for not maintaining balance in the month of Jan and Feb, I mean before my account was converted to 0 balance account, I raised complain they told me they will refund 1000 but the GST amount cant be refunded, This is some sort of scam on the name of Government.
                        Not everyone like me really care about the deduction part.
                        So they get there way by this malicious way.

                            I would like to notify that almost 2 years back i have blocked my Credit Card due to non-usage and haven't requested for reissuance.
                            moreover, have verified the Credit card status on mobile App which says, "No Credit Cards available".

                              I took Credit Card from Kotak Mahindra Bank in Dec 2016. Everything was going smooth I am using. but after covid situation my business complete shutdown as I have a small travel agency. After that I struggled a lot. and some how I managed and paying some partial amount. till last july 2021. But every time Bank recovery agent was calling and scolding me. and this time they harassed my parents (as they are senior citizen) My dad age is 74 & my mother age is 66 threatening like hell telling them your son is chor.
                              Apni Maa ke jevar bech ke paide de and all Bank ka paisa khaya.

                              They are calling 100 times in each cell number (Me/My Wife/ Mother & Father)

                              My family member will not pay the credit amount. Its me who agree them to pay from next month but Their senior is not agree and talking rubbish also he informed their team to threatening my family their.

                              I am sharing the calling numbers from where we are getting harassment calls you can check the recorded tapes what I speak and what they speak like hell.

                                PLEASE DON'T STRUGGLE AFTER TAKING LOAN FROM KOTAK BANK.

                                My Loan reference number: SPLN59922640

                                I had taken personal loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank 3 years before and paying my EMI's regularly. I don't have any clarity about the outstanding payment that i need to make. When i attempted multiple times to dial and check with the bank, the number doesn't work. Below issues i'm facing...

                                1. After several reminders to the customer representatives, the bank doesn't share me the loan repayment schedule till date. (i'm on the 3rd year)

                                2. Write-to-Us option available in website doesn't have an email ID. If you check it will take you to a never ending loop to select multiple options, multiple pages, I bet you will never find one single email ID to write to. This is absolute cheating.

                                3. Customer support Toll FREE number 1860 DOESN'T WORK ANYTIME. Bank has kept a number just for eye-wash.

                                4. When one single EMI fails, you will be bombarded with call harrassment from 3rd party comapanies. They don't bother to listen to what issue you are facing

                                5. Kotak Mahindra Bank by far is the worst bank in my experience as a customer. Such a customer unfriendly bank which i strongly suggest to everyone not to take up any loan product or think twice before availing their service.

                                In my experience HDFC, ICICI, Axis provide superior customer service and offers ease of banking experience.

                                    Hello, I have received a Notice from The appointed Sole Arbitrator for initiation of Arbitratin Proceedings in respect of my Personal Loan. The Arbitration is to take place in Chennai. The letter received earlier was from the Law firm asking this arbitrator to invoke the arbitration clause, stating that I had failed to pay back the entire loan amount after three of my EMI's bounced. However, I had made that payment regularly before last 2 years. Due to COVID situation, I have two pending emi but I receive a notice from arbitrator to come in front of court. I don't know how to handle this situation. From this month onward I'm paying my emi regularly and I have informed my relationship manger about my delay emi which I will pay by next month. Still I received a notice from kotak but I have asked my relationship manager about the notice, he had no idea about that.
