Kotak Mahindra Bank — Stole money from my account while i was doing an online transaction | |||||
Hello, I was paying my electricity bill to tata power and transaction was worth 10k in the month of june. The bank stole my money in between before it reached tata power and now there's no response since past 4 months. Since then, i've tried to calling them multiiple times, even went to the hiranandani branch, powai once but there was never a strong response from these people.
