Kotak Mahindra Bank — TBMS Charges without any proper reason

Hi,

I writing this complaint regarding Kotak Mahindra Bank as they charged me Rs. 59 for the reason "Charge lien TBMS" without any prior notice. I have an 811 account and only use it for UPI and not withdrawals from ATM.
This is fraud.
