This is the details of my case... On the 4th april 2017 morning my purse got robbed from my side hand bag i was travelling from virar to elphiston when i reached santacruz i got a text alert that my account is been debited with 10, 000/-at 11.46am following with the other transactions which went to a total of 85000/- in the due time i called up the customer service at 11.49am which did not connect again and again i tried the call but it did not connect.. If so would have had happened the card would have been blocked and i would not face a loss of such a big amount.. I called the same number using another unknown person number so it got connect had asked the card number which was not there with me at that time because my card was robbed.. I called my dad and took the number and then blocked it still i get a message that its been temporarily deactivated and will be actived in another 24hrs after lot of request to the customer service they permenantly blocked my card.. It was too late till then... After all this i have filed an fir at the police station.. The police verifed and took my statement about the case and later late evening filed and fir.. Next day i had gone to my home branch to inform them about the same.. Where i have given all the details of the case but they just checked the complain request and said will follow up.. No extra information or help was provided apart from the service request no and said will help in the police procedure if they need... After all this also till 10th april there was no conversation happened i was back to back fetching for my updated but nothing positive.. From my kotak friend and my corporate kotak officer i get the information that my card is under insurance cover... Therefore reading the terms and conditions i went to speak to the branch manager he asked me to submit the required documents which the manager promised me will be processed after being updated from the police.. Only after receiving the noc from the police they will see what they can do, they will process it... But very instantly i get a call from the operation manager that the insurance is been denied from the product team and when i asked her a mail.. She sent me from her id saying that i am representator so everything will be done from my end.. I asked her to ask the manager to call me.. I am still waiting..
