Kotak Mahindra Bank — they are asking me to pay money even i'm not using kotak credit card

Hi there,

I was using Kotak credit card from 2015 to 2017 middle of the year, I was paying credit card bill on time, One day they blocked my credit card without any reason, when i called to the customer care they said the card was blocked because i'm not paying the money on time, when i ask them to see my credit card payment dates they are saying they don't know anything thing about that i have to contact their superior to unblock my card.

I was calling back to back to the number (which i have got from the customer care) but the number always be busy or if phone rings no one was picking the call, i'm fed up with their response, so i finally decided to close my credit card, for that also i was keep on calling to the customer care, the call is not connecting at all, if the call connects i need to wait till the agent pic the call. to pic the call i almost spent 1000 rs because the customer care number is toll free. Finally one day someone picked my call and said he will raise a request to close my credit card, then again i called to the customer care to know my cancellation status, he said the previous agent has not send the cancellation request so he said he will raise a new cancellation request, when i'm asking for the reference number or proof of that discussion he said they can't send me the reference number or any proof. Again after some time i called to the customer care to know my credit card closing status he said no one has raised the cancellation request, At that time i really don't know what to say about that customer care agents. Again he also said me the same thing that he is also send a new cancellation request. After that call i used to not get any messages from kotak mahindra bank till december 2017 ( Regarding anything, I thought they would have closed my account).

After one year it means now (in the Month of January ) from last two weeks i'm receiving mails from the kotak mahindra bank stating that
" Dear Naveen Kumar,

We have not received your payment towards your Kotak Credit Card xxxx5214 for the month of Dec. Total outstanding on your Kotak credit card is Rs.588.82. We request you to make at least the minimum payment of Rs.588.82 to keep your account in good standing.

Please ignore this mail if you have already made the payment.

When i send the mail to maharajan.[protected]@kotak.com i got the failed deliver message stating that
"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

maharajan.[protected]@kotak.com
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."

I have already broken that credit card long back because i thought this issue got closed but now they are started sending mails staying that I need to pay the credit card money, Now tell me when i'm not using credit card why should i pay the money.? even when we raise the cancellation request they are not providing reference number when i said same thing to the customer care agent he is saying he don't know anything he is saying i just have to pay the amount .

Please look into this case seriously . It's my humble request.
