[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — touch screen not working - atm | |||||
Hi, I have noticed for last few days that the kotak mahindra bank atm at dwarka queens building near shivar chowk pune 411027 has an unresponsive or not working touch screen. There are no buttons on the atm, only touch screen. After inserting the card, the menu is shown on screen, however attempting to press the touch screen buttons results into nothing happening and eventually due to no response from the user, the transaction cancels out. As a result atm is useless. I brought it to the notice of security once but he had no role to play in this issue. I am not too sure if kotak mahindra customer care can help. This might be out of scope for them too. I request kotak mahindra bank officials to get it fixed at the earliest. Somehow this info should reach kotak mahindra bank otherwise unless informed they will never know about it.
