Hi, i made a imps from my kotak account towards (Sbi account) of rs/- 7000 and 4500 on dated 031-aug-2016. But imps could not be processed due to beneficiary credit status unknown. I am still waiting from my money back but nothing happened... Request you to please refund my money if transaction is not successful. 1.
