This is to inform you that i have a problem with the kotak prime Kalina Santacruz, every month our Previous Emi was Rs. 3182 Deducting from March 20 but from June 20 They have started Deducting unnecessary Rs. 88 now my total emi is coming rs.3270

In October 14th they have deducted Rs. 2861 From my Indian Bank Account in the name of SERVICEBRANCH(CHENNAI)ECS MANDATEDEBITIDIB[protected]TRANSFER TO[protected]

Many times we have given the complaint to the bank and on call and they are not answering our call and not replying on the mail

we need to resolve this problem with my old emi 3182 i am not able to pay extra 88 rs which they are charging us for 24 month fixed my emi is going on regular time on 5th and 6th every month

i need refund all the money which they have charged extra back in my account in urgent

please help us for resolve this problem in urgently
