Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unable to connect customer care

I have been trying to connect customer care from last 3 days but in no vain as your system keeps on asking to press xxx numbers but still unable to connect customer care inspite of being charged on every call and that too for very long period which is very frustrating. I wanted to resolve the issue of being charged for non maintenance of a/c. I dont know how to go for it as i m always unable to connect your so called customer service centre.
