Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unable to unfreeze saving account

Hello Team,
My CRN is 31117191 and my saving account is freeze due to kyc issue. I did kyc through net banking using my adahar card number but still my problem is not resolved. I visited to Kotak Bank JP Nagar 6th Phase branch, met branch manager on 29th December 2021 but my account did not unfreeze after spending whole day in bank branch. I submitted all required kyc documents on 29th December but still my problem is not resolved. I called to Bank JP Nagar 6th phase branch but they are not responding well. This is highly unprofessional behavior of Bank JP nagar 6th phase branch with customer. If my problem is not getting resolved then please close my saving account and return my money

Still no response from Kotak. Kotak bank is highly unprofessional bank as they don't consider customer time and satisfaction. I would recommend all peoples that Don't use Kotak bank, they can use HDFC, Axis bank.
