[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — uncleared demand draft of rs. 53259/- | |||
Hi, This complaint is in regards to demand draft submitted seems not cleared to the correct beneficiary account. I have submitted the hdfc bank demand draft on 16/09/2019 of rs.53, 259/- to kotak mahindra bank chamunda circle branch. On 20/07) 2019, i got a call from tapasya saying that, here cannot be processed, kindly submit to chandavarkar branch, so i submitted there on same day around 3pm. Later when i checked with harshad chauhan a employee of kotak mahindra bank ahmedabad branch, who looks after the account details of estate manager gujarat housing board, he said the above said amount is not reflecting in the account number [protected]. When i visited the kotak bank chamunda circle branch and chandavarkar branch, they don't have any tracking details where they credited my demand draft amount. Kotak mahindra bank i need an exact status of my demand draft, or else i need to logged a complaint to rbi ombudsman on a serious note. For your reference kindly see the attachments.
