Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unethical charges and unprofessional behaviour | |||
Hi, Like many users in this forum I also was a customer with ING Vysya bank from past 5 years but since the Merger with Kotak mahindra bank it has been a very pathetic experience dealing with their all represntatives ie. customer care and even Branch officials provide false/misleading information and promises. In my savings account i got a debit of about nearly 4-5k Rs in the name of their so called NMC charges of average balance about which they never tried to intimate customer. When i raised an complaint that Complaint Number- 1-[protected] raised on 05/12/2016. They closed this complaint twice without any resolution or intimation to customer which sounds completely unacceptable . The refund of charges that was promised by all their representatives turns out to be a big fat lie. I Think i'm not the only customer suffering from these charges there seem to be many more since Kotak has taken over ING vysya. I expect all the charges to be refunded.
