Kotak Mahindra Bank — unnecessary annoying promotional messages

I am really fed up with the daily promotional messages i receive from kotak asking me to open a kotak 811 saving account. I want to stop receiving such messages. I contacted the customer care & asked the customer care to unsubscribe my mobile number. They said me it is not possible. I asked them to give me the official mail id & they said they dont have any mail id. This is the first bank or any online service which i had gone through doesnot have a option o[censored]nsubscribe & dont have a single mail id by which there may be some formal communication. I also went on the kotak website & wrote a feedback of this to stop messages but when i submitted it shows error. I am attaching the screenshot of the same herewith. I am receiving 2 - 3 messages in a day which is really annoying. And why should i receive the messages. Its just a simple thing. I asked them to stop sending me messages and they should cooperate but i dont know why do they want to irritate us. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (5)

So this Kotak Mahindra has been sending me consecutively messages on my phone number without even I been registered in anywhere in this Kotak bank or even having any Kotak account I don't have any Kotak Bank account but still there are many conducted messages coming of popping on my phone when I am working and it is really disturbing and annoying so I just want it to stop I don't want any messages from Kotak this is really annoying which is disturbing my business Plus personal life
