Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unwanted auto debit failure charges and over limit charges in my credit card statement

This is last mail which send to bank on[protected] where Bank is not taken any action till date and funny thing is that last 6 month I had not done a single expenses through this card and only made payment to bank which is almost[protected] but because of bank wrong charges my card is Over limit almost 5000 and wrong charges is (Auto Debit Failure - 600X12=7200 & Over limit charges 600X6=3600) and they I should make this payment to bank

It's not fair why should I responsible for banks mistake to activate auto debit services in my card I will not accept this and not going to make a single payment for unfair charge. Please check with your team and revised the bill it's not my responsibility you need to correct your system and the day you correct the bill same i will make the payment for entire correct amount.

Note: If you are not resolved this issue immediate I m not liable to pay any type of late fees final time line is coming Saturday after that I will send this dispute to consumer court which is harmfull to bank because if Kotak Mahindra Bank not Justify Mahindra Group employee then how they will Justify to other

Thanks for your revert I want some more clarity on below points:

01) Auto Debit Charges along with Service tax is liable from last 12 month Need to check and reverse entire not for the month and confirm the reverse amount.

02) Because of Auto Debit charges I am also getting Over limit finance charge along with service tax what about this charge because of from last almost 5 6 month I am not doing any transaction with this card from last 6 8 month and made the payment almost to 7000 to 10000 rs. then why I am liable to pay Over limit charge. please check and reverse those charges also.

03) Stop Auto Debit from Immediate effect.

I seen details of my Credit card entire 12 month and every month their is average (+/ )Rs.624 charged for Payment Auto debit failure charges please check attached statement for your reference.

So many times I was informed to your customer executive on call and 2 3 times at Mahindra & Mahindra Kandivali during your camp for selling A/c service (Because I am Working in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.) but till time no one taken action every time your team taking my No. and mail ID along with CRN no and answer they will take corrective action ASAP.

please check in your system I was not accepted any time for Auto debit service but still Bank Charging.

I got a random call on last Saturday near 5o clock in the evening claiming call from Kotak bank, they said they randomly choose my number and now I am prime customer and now I have to pay Rs8400 mandatory with my next credit card statement.
Such a unprofessional behaviour from such a reputed bank is unbelievable for me, how could you charge me on your lucky draw contest without my permission. If you are giving me some watch and wallet and some discount card for that then that's your problem, I didn't ask for that and that's showing your unprofessional behaviour towards your good customers. If payment of 8400 is still important then I am just stopping your services with in this month otherwise I want your confirmation that I would not be charge for this prime customer facility without my written permission because I don't want such facility from your bank. Thanks!
