[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — upi transaction failed but money deducted | |||
My kotak crn number[protected] A/c number [protected]. As date on[protected]:42 pm amount debited transaction of rs.1500/- by kotak bhim upi ref no[protected]. I transfer money from my upi vpa [protected]@kotak to Vpa [protected]@dbs but the transaction shows as failed but my account balance got deducted but not credited to receiver account. Mera amzon se[protected] se 3009 aur 1040/- ka refund aya but abhi tak bank acount m reflect nhi hua maine bank m bat ki to unhone bola amzon p bat kro amzon pe bat ki to amzon ne refund ka status aur mail mujhe send kr diya refrence (044319)no k sathbut bank wale koi bhi help nhi kr rhe bol rhe amzon se bat kro.

Even i faced the same and the complaint was rejected saying that the transaction was successful, now shared bank statement with them. They say it will take 35 days to get resolved. Such a poor service
Without my knowledge Kotak Mahindra Bank 811 as deducted my money 5k I need my refund back
